Where can I find a previously created Tryplo?

Every Tryplo you have made is saved online in your own account.

Offline, therefore, nothing is stored on your own laptop.

If you still cannot find it, please contact our customer service department with the following information:

  • The possible email addresses used under which your account was created.
  • The name of your Tryplo.
  • When you created and last saved the Tryplo. Please indicate the month and year.
