Can I still change or cancel my order?

Tryplo orders are processed every Monday. Do you want to cancel? Please contact our customer service via email no later than the Friday before 12:00, stating your order number and delivery address. After Friday 12:00 noon, cancellation is no longer possible.

Want to change something about your order after payment? Again, please contact us no later than Friday 12:00 noon. Please note that changes may affect the delivery time.

Since Tryplo products are customized and personalized, the right of withdrawal is waived according to the Consumer Law. Only cancellations within the aforementioned period are possible.
